Yfoundations supports young people who are at risk of and experiencing homelessness. We work collaboratively with NGOs, government departments and community members, to provide policy and structural advocacy, services for young people, health projects, and research and sector development. We believe that young people matter and that childhood experiences and family background shouldn’t inhibit anyone from achieving their dreams.
