Kids Help Line
A free, confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25. A counsellor will answer your call. They will listen and help you work through any worries. You can ask to talk to a male or female. You don’t need to tell us your name. You can also call us if you’re dealing with a family member with mental health issues. We care and we listen, any time, for any reason.
