Our signature rent and tenure model, co-designed and endorsed by NSW Family & Community Services, which aims to better meet the needs of young people who are homeless, by giving them up to 5 years of secure tenure, links to support, education and employment, with a rent model that scales up over time to reflect and prepare young people for the private market. We believe Transitional Housing Plus can lead to long-term secure housing, enhanced community engagement and successful personal outcomes for most young tenants.
