SGCH (previously St George Community Housing) is a community housing provider (CHP) providing safe, secure and affordable housing for people on very low to moderate incomes in the Sydney metropolitan area. We provide Social Housing, Supported Housing (tenants are linked with appropriate support to help maintain their tenancy) and Affordable Housing (for people on a moderate income). In addition, we provide a range of initiatives to improve the lives of tenants such as training, education, employment and community engagement opportunities; Our Sustainable Tenancies team have a focus on identifying vulnerabilities in tenants and applicants, with the aim of linking to appropriate support in order to sustain tenancies. We provide specialist advice on Housing Pathways and a range of housing options for applicants.
